I have compared a twoshot and a mighty 10mm with the unique 10mm The Deliverer. It also will increase the recoil of the weapon and reduce the VATS accuracy because it fires two bullets.Ī two shot 10mm is a decent sidearm. For a gun with low base damage is a good but maybe not unbeatable modifier.
That's why it doesn't actually do exactly two times the damage of a standard 10mm. One bullet will always be base damage and the other bullet will have all your damage modifiers applied to it. So it does fire two shots (bullets) for the cost of one with each trigger pull.
